Thanks BB, it's does have gf settings (auto) for it's recipes (in the booklet) but I needed to use manual settings for the bread mix iykwim. It seems to have improved on cooling completely. Probably still not sandwich grade but that is the impossible dream I think. It would be nice for dipping in soup etc and doesn't need to be toasted which makes a nice change! Oh, I have the Breville ikon my lovely mum bought it for me!
Oooh great!! I found that making GF bread in the breadmaker made it heaps heaps heaps better but it doesn't last long because it is so fresh. I don't have any suggestions about doughiness other than to add a little extra rice flour.......

I was really struggling with bread since being diagnosed about a year ago. It's pricey but oh so worth it! They make all sorts of breads, they have pre mixes, pizza bases, they even have kit kats!
