I have a great bread maker recipe book, about 300 recipes in it. There is a great java walnut loaf in it. I would type out the recipe but the book is packed away! You could try making a sweet loaf (like raisin bread) swapping the liquid for cooled brewed coffee, and add some spices like allspice, cinnamon and nutmeg (not too much cinnamon as it impairs the action of yeast). And adding walnuts and raisins at the add in beeps.
