    can you do anything with risoles?

    surley, there is something u can do with these. The store brought ones (not the ones i make myself). They seem so boring... is there anything u can do with them???

    Hey Hollye!

    I get the bought ones and cook them with onion and then put them in a casserole dish and cover them with gravy and cook em in the oven for a while till they are soft and the gravey is bibbling then serve on top of mashed spuds!! MMMM

    are they the mincey type ones or the suasage meat ones?

    mincy ones i break up and make meat balls and serve with a nap sauce and pasta
    the others i make in to little burgers,

    we break into 4 and roll into small balls and use as meat balls in pasta sauce for spag and meatballs.

    or bbq them and have as hamburgers

    You can make them into tiny balls and cook them in lots of different sauces, satay sauce, a plum sauce, a tomato & red wine based sauce... The meat will take on the flavour of whatever you put them in.

    You can also make meatball stroganoff.

    yep we do this with tinned tomato's

    Thanks girls!

    They are the sausage meat ones i think. They have tomato, onion and basil seasoning on them.. so not too sure how they would go with a sauce of some sort. Tho i could give it a go. I have pasta and some dolimo in the cupboard.. so mayb some spag meatballs?

    sorry.. mistake.. Its Tomato, onion and bacon seasoning.
