As I sit here waiting for my cob loaf to rise before baking I realise that we (my family) eat way to many carbs and usually not the good type, we have carbs every meal without fail so please, anyone, suggest me some ideas of meals without carbs or at least the good carbs!
Tonight we had wild alaskan salmon served with green beans topped with creme fraiche, butternut squash chips and cauliflower 'popcorn' (roasted in ghee & salt).
We try to avoid alot of carbs at night, so tend to eat casseroles or any meat dishes cooked in the slow cooker. Salads and soups are good too - a fav salad of our atm is nashi pear, persian feta & rocket with white balsamic & olive oil. You can serve that with any type of fish/seafood etc...
