hawaiian chooken - pretty much a parma with pineapple - though DH uses salsa, cooked (very)trim bacon, pineapple pieces and grated cheese (cos i'm not a fan of ham - prefer bacon)

i live on schnitzels, as i dont eat red meat. i alternate between plain & parma.. how exciting!

I could live off chicken schnitzels and never get bored of it! whenever i go out to dinner at the club that is what i order every time!

And i am totally loving all your ladies ideas.. i think i want chicken schnitzel again for dinner tonight but might try and make a parmi!

i use salsa and grated cheese to top for a parma.
