Best one I've made was with a good chai tea mix in milk on the stovetop, bring to the boil then strain into cups. Warning, don't do this straight into cold glass mugs as they will shatter - warm the mugs first!
Hmm, that's got me thinking now - of steeping the tea in a small amount of hot water, then using milk frothed by the coffee machine to get a nice foam on top with some cinnamon and sugar....gonna have to try that when I get home
