Creamy Pasta Salad recipe?

aww sorry to hear about you and mushrooms. Since mushrooms hit almost $10 per kg, we no longer get along either!!

I tend to put the pasta with anything I have really. Normally some small diced tomatoes, spring onions, grated carrot, ham, capsicum and then add mayo.

If you want a creamier texture, you could a bit of sour cream or cream.
