diced lamb from frozen...SC maybe?

A lamb Korma? Or a Lamb Rogan Josh... you can even cheat and use jar stuff if you can't be bothered. I find curries are SUPURB in the SC.

there is a great lamb rogan josh in one of the old slow cooker threads... My DH just loves it...
I cook it all day on low.
ETA - If you put the frozen lanb in the fridge overnight it should thaw, and then you can cook in during the day.....
