I drink Dr Pepper.. 1 can a day usually.
Though if you wanna lose weight, cut out the soft drink all together. DH did this as he was getting alot of stomach acid and lost a heap of weight!
Even though it says diet, i dont think its that good for you.
ETA... yep during 1st Trimester i didnt touch any caffeine because its linked to m/c. Though youre allowed to have up to 300mg of caffeine a day. After the 1st tri, i had 1 coffee in the morning.. that was it.
