    I want it too!! Despite my polish heritage, I have never had them. But apparently they are almost a staple food in Canadian Pollacks.

    I miss Canada too! And I was only there for a couple of weeks a couple of years ago. *sigh* I still dream of my favourite bits... Vancouver, Golden, Banff, Jasper, Montreal, Toronto... ok.. I dream of all of it!
