edible egg rings

just thought i would share with you something i often do in place of normal egg rings that are a pain to clean, we use capsicum rings!!! very easy, simple and very tasty,
just cut capsicum into rings and use the same as metal ones!! enjoy

My Dad does the same thing but with onion rings!! Very yummy with steak, eggs and thick cut chips.

Hehe he rach we had it for breaky this morning with bacon!!! talstes soooooo good no wasteage!!!
if you have wide enough rings you could put diced tomato in then egg on top

or - try a hole in the middle of a piece of bread, and breaking the egg into that.

What great ideas. I dont use eggs rings anymore as they are a pain to clean but I hate how the yolk goes everywhere. I will have to try that when we have eggs and bacon next.
