Hi

I am looking to make some shamrock shaped cookies for St Patrick's Day next week for DS's daycare. When I was chatting to one of the girls in there today she mentioned that Friday, (which is the day i am intending to go in - my day off and Paddys Day is the Sunday) had to be egg free as i assume one of the kids must have an intolerance.

Can anyone help out with an egg free cookie receipe? Or any other idea of something that I could make instead. The plan will be to actually make them at daycare so I need to keep it reasonably simple. I've ordered a shamrock cookie shaper and could add some green colouring to the receipe also to give it the green tinge - don't think it would be quite right to add guinness or irish whiskey to a 3 year old receipe!!!!

Any ideas would be fab.

Thanks
