The electric frypan won't work IMO, due to the fact that it has a thermostat that turns up really high to achieve the right temp then turns off iykwim? Whereas the slow cooker has a constant low temp.

I hate my electric frypan. Theoretically you can do all this stuff in them, but I think they suck.
It turns itself on and off and nothing is even....
