How did your island themed food go? I am curious as to what sort of work you do! Will be thinking of some Eurpoean recipes!

Any particular part of Europe? It's a pretty big place LOL.

What is the food for - do you want savoury (main meal) type food, savoury snack, or dessert / morning tea type stuff? Do you have facilities for reheating or does it have to be served cold?

If you really want to do quick and easy, you can always buy a pannetone (Italian celebration cake) from a good European grocer or deli. Or some good croissants, or an antipasto platter with some Italian bread.

Pizza, pain au chocolate, Schnitzel, Saurkraut, fish and chips and paella.

Think that's european enough! For puddings?

Bread and butter pudding, crepes, creme brule and apfel strudel.

I've got some Dutch recipes if that's the sort of thing you're looking for. What type of food? Hot dinner on a plate sort of thing, or more like snacks and dessert?
