Any particular part of Europe? It's a pretty big place LOL.
What is the food for - do you want savoury (main meal) type food, savoury snack, or dessert / morning tea type stuff? Do you have facilities for reheating or does it have to be served cold?
If you really want to do quick and easy, you can always buy a pannetone (Italian celebration cake) from a good European grocer or deli. Or some good croissants, or an antipasto platter with some Italian bread.
I've got some Dutch recipes if that's the sort of thing you're looking for. What type of food? Hot dinner on a plate sort of thing, or more like snacks and dessert?
cevapice!!! most normal supermarkets stock them now, they are little serbian skinless sausages taht you can cook at home then just heat up at work. simple and yum!!!
Katierabbit - i used someones (and I'm really sorry girls, I can't remember who suggested it... ) idea of the jelly islands with jelly babies under the umbrella. The worked out really well! I'm a youth worker. We hae 2 admin days a week so once a month we have a Munchie day with a particular theme and we all bring something into eat.
