My step dad is cook islander and is the best hangi cook ever!!
This is where they cook food in the ground for hours and hours and believe me its DELICIOUS!!!
im so excited its been yrs since we have had one, even though we have a permanent hangi pit in our back yard lol!!
Cant wait for moyonaise, chop sui, puki and the most tender legs of lamb and chicken EVER!!
