I buy Basa Fillets for my kids because it doesn't have a strong fishy taste.
DH & I have barramundi (yummo!)
We put down some foil, drizzle with olive oil, and put lemon or lime slices on there, some bits of chili (no seeds or membrane so no heat) and some freshly grated ginger and then put the fish on top, and repeat the toppings on the top of the fish. Then we wrap it up and cook it in the oven. We usually have it with salad and home made chips/wedges.
