I completely agree with the juice too, so many people buy a bottle of juice instead of a softdrink and inr eality they both have as much sugar as each other. For us both softdrinks and juice are only an occassional weekend treat.
It actually takes approximately 13 oranges to make a standard glass of orange juice
We do not give DD juice either, she only had in once when MIL gave her pineapple juice when I went to go and get myself a drinkShe is a big water drinker and we want to keep it that way
99% of things that are 99% Fat Free and FULL of sugar, and with so many different names for sugar people don't realise...
Breakfast here is only oats or we have the kids weetbix, but DD hasn't eaten them for a while. We don't buy any of the other cereals.
We occassionally have takeout, but at the moment we are lucky if it is once a fornight but a lot closer to once a month, if we do go out I would prefer a "propper dinner" not a paper bag dinner![]()





She is a big water drinker and we want to keep it that way
