Quiche - yes, cook it first, then cool and freeze. Straight into the oven from frozen, works well
Mash on pies - yes, you can freeze it, and then straight in oven from frozen.

    Sausage rolls/pasties/pies
    Lasagne/Pasta bakes
    Meatballs/hamburger patties
    Meatloaf
    Filos
    Curries

Came across a recipe for these baked rice cup things - basicall veg and cooked rice mixed together with cheese, eggs and ranch dressing (I used some cream cheese instead) and baked in cupcake pans with cheese on top. Turned out well and have frozen and reheated well. Super quick snack.

Someone doesn't like stews? Must confess my freezer is mostly full of casseroles/stews... we had one tonight from the freezer

Bread. I know that's not a meal but we need it for toast/sandwiches and we ran out before I was ready to go to the shops. DH had to do a 10pm Woolies run last night to restock our bare shelves. Now we've got three loaves in the upright freezer

Cheese and bacon. Same reasons as above, you can use it for heaps of things - do a quick scrambled eggs with some bacon or an omlette or something.

What about kai sei mein or whatever you might call it in your house? Yanno - mince, carrot, celery, cabbage, rice, curry powder, that old standard? Freezes well.

Soups, freeze them in ziplock bags for quick lunch serves for mum while DD is at school.

You could also do other savoury pies - chicken and leek, lamb, etc, google some recipes I'm sure.

I'll see what else I can think up
