Gimme some chicken ideas for dd's dinner, girls

Hey girls,

I'm up to the 'cooking Ava's week of dinners' day today. So (haven't gotten any mince yet, woolies was out dam them lol) but I got some chicken breast. With some of the chicken i'm doing a chicken fried rice. But just need some ideas on what to do with the rest of it. I'm doing some mashed vegies and freezing them, so just something to do with the chicken and i'll put some mashed vegies with it. Thanks my lovelies!

you could get some chicken tenderloins crumb them lightly fry and finish them off in the oven

You could chop in to hand size pieces crumb and cook in oven and make nuggets.

I was going to suggest nuggets too I sometimes make a batch of them with parmasen cheese and parsley in the breadcrumbs, my DD loves them!
