Please help!

DS is going through a real fussy patch and I am fed up with him only eating processed fish fingers and chicken tenders so I'm going to make my own.

I've been googling away and I gather that I can freeze the fish fingers raw and cook them from frozen (obvously made from fish that hasn't already been frozen).

However...I am not so sure on the chicken tenders. Should I cook them before freezing and then just reheat or should I freeze them raw and cook from frozen?

(I'm wondering because chicken is denser meat than fish).
