    Question help with eggs.....

now i am confused with eggs.
literature says that you must have pasteurised eggs. am i reading correct? and if so, how do i tell? i usually buy organic free range eggs are they ok to use? coz i love to bak and am going crazy having to buy bikkies instead of baking them myself....

    thanks

I don't think that eggs can be pasteurised, I think that more so relates to dairy. I think the only rule with eggs is that they are totally cooked.

I use Organic Free Range eggs all the time so I think you should be ok.

Hope I have helped a bit

And the home baked biccies would be fine too as they are all mixed up together and the heat cooks them through and there would be no chance of the egg being left raw.
