hello- i'm making zucchini slice and it says 60ml of vegetable oil- i thought i had some in the cupboard but there's none there! can i use extra virgin olive oil instead or will it ruin it???

I would use it......should be fine!!
for a savoury I would substitute if it was a sweet slice no way![]()

It will be lovely - I never use Veg oil - always Olive, and it's waay better for you too xoxoxoxo
just ate it and it was beautiful, a bit flat but don't think that had anything to do with the oil! dp called it zucchini pancake
lol! Tell him to make it next time.
I'm witrh lulu- always use olive oil, except if the recipe says peanut or sesame b/c they have a very distinct flavour.
