In summer I like a slightly warm pasta salad. Cook as much pasta as you need (I like using spirals), drain, then run cold water over it to cool it a little. Stir through a salsa (listed below) and serve. For the salsa I chop tomato, cucumber and avocado into small cubes and mix it with a little olive oil, salt, pepper and basil (or whatever herbs you have on hand).
