Eta: chickpea flour is great and pretty much the lowest carb flour you can get. I use it all the time for savoury stuff. Never tried it for pizza bases.
L&B - I am not so concerned about gluten. Just low gi carbs![]()

I have never made them before. Will let you know how they turn out.
I did just make ricotta passionfruit muffins which are yummy! They have a cup of wholemeal flour though...
