Quick, Easy, Yummy

YOU WILL NEED:

400g Chicken, diced
3 Spring Onions
3 Teaspoons Ginger
3 Tablespoons Hoisin Sauce
3 Teaspoons Soy Sauce
3 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
Broccoli
Rice

TO MAKE:

Cook Chicken
Add spring onion and ginger to pan and cook for 1 minute
Stir in hoisin sauce, soy sauce and lemon juice
Add cooked broccoli
Cook until hot and serve over steamed rice

**I like more sauce over my rice, so for the sauce ingredients I make 1.5 times the amount eg 4.5 tablespoons lemon juice. Broccoli i chop up to bite size pieces and steam quickly in microwave.**
