I have an awesome bread book by Sara Lewis called "Bread" all the recipes can be done in a bread maker or by hand.

Any specific recipes and I'll find em' for you I LOVE it, everything I've ever made is awesome...

Especially warm brioche, toasted with pate or even just good butter... YUM!
