HI guys! Does anyone read Good Taste magazine? I emailed a while ago asking to be on their taste testing team. They wrote back and said yes and asked if Tilly would too. So tilly is in the latest issue having tested some kids recipes, and I am going to be in August issue. They asked me to test a pea and ham soup, which was ok, and also beef Chimichanga's. I have to say it was the BEST dinner Dh and I have had in ages.
I have sent the info off and don't have the recipe on me, but it will be in august good taste. It is a version of beef enchilada's on a bed of mashed sweet potato with sour cream on top. Absolutely DIVINE!!
Keep an eye out, well worth waiting for!! xoxoxoox
PS Worth emailing them and asking to be on a future taste testing team!! They send you the recipe and you make it and send them back a questionaire. xo
