    Homemade cereal mixes

I've had a number of friends recently talk about making their own cereal mixes. I really like the idea of this but am at a complete blank as to what to put in. I know I could put anything, but I'd like some ideas. So, what sorts of things do you put in yours?

    Homemade cereal mixes

I've made mine before but it's pretty basic- with lots of dried fruit as I love it. Basically oats, chia seeds, flax seed, whatever dried fruit is around but I'm partial to cranberries and apricot, sultanas, maybe some bran, then cinnamon.

My doctor gave me this recipe years ago as her tip for keeping "regular". Equal parts natural bran, all bran and all bran flakes, chopped dried fruit and slivered almonds. I love it with pear juice instead of milk.
I know most of those are processed so it is not entirely natural but I just can't do raw rolled oats.

Oats, rice bubbles, cornflakes, bran, flax seeds, nuts, fruits.
I like to toast the oats, plain or in honey/ maple syrup.
