Ok so I have a problem with portion control and if I make anything that is a quiche/zuchini slice type concotion that I tend to eat all of itso I thought I would solve that by putting it into a muffin tin. Sounds good in theory but it stuck
What went wrong? any ideas? I did use a non-stick pan, I didn't grease it in anyway (I thought you didn't have too? )
