I make lemonade scones. They are awesome!
I don't 'play' with the mix more than I have to also, which makes fluffier scones.
325g self-raising flour
2/3 cup cold lemonade
2/3 cup thickened cream
Basically just add all the ingredients together in a bowl and mix with a knife. When the mix is all combined, tip it onto a lightly floured bench and cut with a floured cutter or cup.
I also double the mixture as my family loves them.
