I make lemonade scones. They are awesome!
I don't 'play' with the mix more than I have to also, which makes fluffier scones.

    325g self-raising flour
    2/3 cup cold lemonade
    2/3 cup thickened cream
Basically just add all the ingredients together in a bowl and mix with a knife. When the mix is all combined, tip it onto a lightly floured bench and cut with a floured cutter or cup.
I also double the mixture as my family loves them.

Another tip is to make sure your put the scones close together so they rise up not out.

I make the lemonade scones too. So simple!
Rouge- Will have to give your recipe a try, they sounds yummo!

Now, I know it's not a recipe but I have to plug the CWA's scone packet mix! They make divine scones!!!

Ps. M2R- What time do you want us?

Depends on how big you want them. It makes about 6-8 fairly big ones.

    S.R. Flour - 2 cups
    Salt - very small pinch
    Butter - 2 table spoons
    Milk - roughly 1 cup.

Rub butter into flour and salt, slowly add milk until a dough forms, roll out, cut, bake.
    makes about 15 or so
