My parents are farmers, so they get 'home grown' meat! Every few months dad takes in an extra lamb/steer for the butcher to cut up for them. It's great, and more economical than buying cuts of meat individually. Just make sure you have a big freezerAlthough if you're only getting 1/4 it won't be too bad. Also tell the butcher how you want it cut up, or if there is anything in particular you want in your box.
