I made spinach & ricotta canelloni last night but have left over spinach & ricotta filling. Any ideas on how I can use this up would be much appreciated.
get white bread and butter one side. (you can cut crusts off if you want)
spoon the spinash & ricotta mix onto unbuttered side.
roll the bread up with 2 diagonal corners touching and use toothpick to hold together.
bake in oven for 10-15 mins
Spinach and ricotta lasagna!
Just put some pasta sauce on the bottom of the baking dish spoon in some mixture put lasagna sheets on top and continue until all used up! top with grated chesse
