It's grocery day; share your sure fire dinner hit!

I'm looking to add some new dishes to our rotation of dinner meals.

What's your sure fire dinner hit with your family?

Something that could be served with rice or pasta would be a bonus.

    Thanks!

tacos. the kids love them. You could easily make some rice to go with that too. You could even make it as nachos if you don't think they'd like tacos.

Agree with tacos & nachos. I add beans or lentils to the meat mix so there's always some leftover for the following night, when we have it as a tortilla wrap.

My kids love meatballs done on a tomatoey sauce with rice.

    Tuna pasta
Steamed or oven baked fish with fried rice
Mine love chicken wraps on really hot days. I cut up heaps of salad ingredients and shred chicken and they love to make their own wraps. Drizzle on some mayo or sweet chili sauce and they are yum!

Carbonara with spiral pasta. No cream in mine at all. Just egg, bacon, white and black pepper and a little parmesan.

Risotto. The girls love a cheesy one with peas. I use a homemade chicken stock so I know it is fairly nutritious.
