I love my bread maker! I bought it so that I could make spelt bread as I am sensitive to wheat. The bread maker only comes with wheat flour recipes so googled it and found a few which turn out really well.

oooo I just got one too!!!! A friend sent it up to me! Apparently it makes jam as well!?!?! Fantastic!!! Can't wait to get into town to buy all of the ingeredients
