It is probably well known but I just started making this

Flour
Salt
Pepper,
French Onion soup
other herbs and spices... I use celery salt and italian herbs

then on a plate spread out garlic from a jar..

then the choice of meat.. I have used Chicken Legs, Chicken Thigh Fillets and Pork steaks

Take the meat/chicken pat it down with garlic and then in the flour mixture then put in an oven tray..

Bake slowly at about 150-180c

Delicious!!!

oh and serve with salad.. so yum
