Left over Lamb Roast

We make fritters with ours sometimes. You just slice the lamb off the bone and then make a batter as you would for pancakes, omitting the sugar, and then coat each slice of lamb in the batter and lightly fry in a pan on each side till golden. Soooooooo yummy!

Pretty much the same here, except I tend to dice the meat and sometimes throw in some leftover chopped veg as well. Everyone here loves it!
