Have a huge excess of apricots which are ripe NOW so decided to make jam with some of them, which I have never done before. Quite proud of myself! It only made 4 and a bit jars so will make another lot tomorrow. Tasted a bit from the pot and oh wow, so yum, but so sweet too (I am cringing at the amount of sugar that went into it!).
