ok...strange question, i know, but did anyone watch the episode of Masterchef the other night where they had to guess the 17 ingredients in the bolognaise?
i flicked the channel over in the ads and we missed the ingredients (caught the last couple). my dh is spewing and has not stopped going on about it ever since. he thinks he is the masterchef of bolognaise you see. anyway, he is making it right now and doing my head in..please....does anyone remember what the 17 (or some of the 17) ingredients were?

TBH that sounds gag-worthy to me. I'm with the vego chick on that one
Most of the yuckiest bolognaises I've ever eaten have been served up to me at restaurants. If that's what they're putting in them now I understand why they tasted so foul.
ETA - It didn't even look nice. Nice bol sauce always looks so rich and that one looked like mud.

I did the same thing! Missed the first 4 - actually guessed the majority of the rest!
Trill cinnamon works really well in beef & tomato dishes, I do a stuffed capsicum with cinnamon in it. Yarmy.
