mayonnaise
What little touches do you have to jazz up your mayo recipe?
I'm about to make some and I was thinking of changing up the flavour a bit. I was thinking of chucking a teaspoon of seeded mustard in or something. Please share your secrets

ooh I've got some lime and coriander in the fridge at the moment. Imran doesn't like chilli so I can't put chilli in it.

Garlic and lemon juice is nice too. I always add a bit of sugar to home made mayo.
I do think the mustard sounds good too. Or even a little horseradish for a bit of zing!

use a different oil, or combo of oils. Peanut oil is a good one, flavoured oils work really well.
Champagne vinegar also gives a nice flavour.

I like to add fresh lemon juice and salted baby capers (rinsed and dried first). Yummy with chicken or tuna!
