In our house I have standard snacks:

carrot sticks
pita bread (I put it in the freezer and then cut it apart & bake to make into "chips")
hummous (I make it myself using tins of chick peas)
popcorn

I always have these on hand if I run out of other snacks.

Next fortnight Dinners at our house:

tuna patties & salad or on a roll
Stir fry x 3, one with rice and 2 with noodles and different meats
Bolognaise
meat & 3 veg (otherwise known as happyface dinner.... mashed potato face, carrot eyes & nose, mince hair and tomato mouth)
BBQ steak & salad
Thai turkey meatballs
Vegetarian mexican
Potato, leek and bacon soup
Baked paprika chicken on couscous (with steamed veges)

Lunches are pretty stock standard here. Matilda is a creature of habit and has the same breakfast & lunch everyday. Lunch is always vegemite sandwich with carrot sticks. If I'm lucky she will eat some left over bolognaise, or noodles, but most of the time it is vegemite or she won't eat. Jovie will eat everything, but prefers a light lunch of fruit generally... I encourage a sandwich but she's not keen on them. She will eat bits & pieces of left overs or ham etc. I usually eat left overs.
