A small tin of tuna (not the tiny tin the inbetween one), 1 or 2 whole tomatoes, a couple of capers a few anchovies and a handful of fresh basil.

Add some olive oil & garlic to the pan along with one or two anchovies into the pan, cook until the anchovies melt. Then add the tinned tomato and cook off for a bit, add the tinned tuna and cook till warmed through, toss through fresh basil and serve over pasta.

A single lamb shank marinated in lemon, garlic, olive oil rosemary... in a bag. The next night roast with some veg. And you've got roast for one. (you could do this with a maryland and use thyme instead of rosemary)
