    I know this is a tad late but I was watching "Ready, Steady Cook" recently and it was suggested for a quick quiche to crush some SAO biscuits into the egg mixture and while it cooks the biscuits sink to the bottom and form the crust. I haven't tried it yet but sounds like a good idea for a quick meal.

    Yep they can definitely be frozen. I just defrost them in the fridge or on the bench then reheat in the oven.

    hi! i made a thread about this a couple of days ago if u wanna check it out!!
    i used puff pasty and just did it in some round muffin trays.
    i used a small thing of cooking cream(300ml?) and 4 eggs and a little bit of salt and pepper.
    and then in them i put bacon,cheese tomato and onion then i just poured the mixture over top and put them in the oven on about 180 untill they were golden brown colour!!!
