    Need some caravan/camping friendly meal ideas!

    We will be going on a big caravan trip and I need to plan ahead for meals that are easy to cook in a caravan. We have an oven with four-burner cook top and we'll have a small BBQ thingy for outdoor cooking.

    We can't have meals that are too complicated due to space reasons, so I need some help with some simple meal ideas.

    So far I've come up with:
    * Spag bol
    * Carbonara
    * BBQ & salad
    * Chicken risotto
    * Hot dogs (as a last resort LOL)
    * Tacos

    Because we'll be away for some time, I need some more meal ideas so we don't get sick of everything!

    So if anyone has some meal ideas (and how to make if possible!), I'd really, really, really appreciate it!

    TIA

    Ummmm Nachos, burritos, fried rice, chilli con carne.

    Will u be stopping in places for the day and leaving the caravan at a site?? Maybe if u do pack ur slow cooker so u can do some slow cooker meals then u can have that for lunch the following day. DH's grandparents do that when they come up from VIC.

    burgers and sausages are always good, with mash?
    Latina pasta?
    one pot meals like stew or soup.
    fish fingers?
    stir fry

    trying to think of what we cook when we go camping, we usually just have a gas hotplate as we camp in a tent, we also have a cast iron pot for stews etc.

    Jacket potatoes with leftover spag Bol as a filling. Meatloaf, great on sandwiches as leftovers too. Soup and bread rolls , there are some nice tinned ones. Breakfast for dinner, dippy eggs, bacon and eggs etc, baked beans and spaghetti

    Stir fry with hoikken noodles. Easy as chicken with hoisin sauce, or sweet and sour and soak the noodles in hot water till they fall apart. Buy the long life ones not the refrigerated ones.

    Oooh, some great ideas, thanks everyone!

    Amelia - I'd love to take our SC, but we have absolutely no room! We have to pack so much stuff because we are away for so long, so unfortunately I can't bring it.
