Oat Slice that didn't work out

So just made a basic oat slice - oats, flour, coconut, sugar, golden syrup, butter, baking soda.....

Didn't work out, way too crumbly,

any idea what I can turn it into or use it for?

    thank you!

Blitz it and use it as crumble topping - on parfait, ice cream, custard, some tinned fruit...?

Ooh it would work well in a smoothie too.

    All of what LS said....

Plus, with yogurt for breakie (like granola).

Or crumbled on top of uncooked muffin batter (and then baked) so you have crumble topped muffins.

Crumbly is yum. Stick it in a jar and you've got granola. Jealous!

I think its all been covered, just wanted to say next time, put an egg (or two) in. The egg is the binding ingredient. But in the meantime, enjoy your granola!

Do you want a recipe for an oat slice. I have one which can be a slice or anzac biscuits
