woo hoo rayray - i'm so glad you managed to make it! and that my white sauce destructions were ok - it's not an easy thing to type out when you just do it by memory - mum taught me basic white sauce, then i made it my own - even she now asks me to make white sauce if i'm there cos i make it better than her!
