DH and I have found the same - we are feeling generally better in health, DH especially as his diet wasn't great beforehand.

The thing I struggle with the most is having to be so prepared all the time. I need to have all my meals planned out and/or prepared ahead of time, because you can't just go and grab something out of the cupboard. I haven't really missed sugar/dairy/grains though which I found surprising.

Lucky you're doing it too Mel - between us we seem to be able to find plenty of recipes! I am so trying that grain free bread recipe!
