    Passionfruit pulp...

    Hi!

Just wondering how long I can keep passionfruit pulp in the fridge? My passionfruit tree is going off this season and just cant keep up with eating them so have scooped up to pulp and put it in a jar in the fridge but dont know how long it lasts for..

    thanks!

I would suggest freezing it in a ice cube tray to put in punches for the future or in fruit salad or whatever you want to do with it....Freezing it will make it keep a lot longer.

    Hey Veronica!

I started a thread about passionfruit not too long ago, if you find it there are some great recipes in their to use up passionfruit.

Not sure how long it will keep in the fridge. Like Amelia said I froze mine in ice cube trays and then transferred the cubes into plastic bags to store in freezer.

In the fridge about a week

In the freezer, 6 to 9 months.

Glad I saw this thread - our passionfruit vine is going nuts as well. Will definately check out those recipes and make something nice for my dear wife when she gets home.
