Potatoes (I sometimes add sweet potato and/or pumpkin too)
    low fat cream
    bacon
    grated low fat cheese
    onion

(quantities depend on preferences and the amount you want. Generally I do 1 largish potato per person, and for 4 potatoes, a small tub of cream, 1 onion, 3 rashers of bacon and 1/3-ish c of cheese)

    Slice potatoes into 1/2-1cm slices
    chop onion finely
    chop bacon

Place the potatoes into a baking tray in a layer sprinkle on a layer of onions and bacon and repeat til it's all used. Tip on the cream, sprinkle ont he cheese and bake til golden brown and bubbly! (About 45min at 180ish degrees for the 4 potatoes- it's all very exact as you can tell, lol!!)

I do it like Tinks and Lilias except that I also add cheese in between each layer as well - makes it a bit thicker and more cheesy
